The Athens Stock Exchange announces that on Wednesday, November 26th, 2025, trading will commence for the shares of GALAXY COSMOS MEZZ PLC (ISIN: CY0200252118) with new par value of €0.0236 per share and for the ex-rights for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.05 per share, as part of the decrease in the par value of the company’s shares. 
The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Thursday 27th November 2025.
