The Athens Stock Exchange announces that on Friday, July 25^th, 2025, trading will commence for the shares of "IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A.” (ISIN: GRS148003015) with final par value of €1.70 per share and for the ex-rights for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.30 per share, as part of the decrease in the par value of the company’s shares. 
The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Monday 28^th July 2025.
