The Athens Stock Exchange announces that on Thursday, January 29^th, 2026, trading will commence for the shares of "IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A.” (ISIN:GRS148003015) with new par value of €1.55 per share and for the ex-rights for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.15 per share, as part of the decrease in the par value of the company’s shares. 
The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Friday 30^th January 2026.
