The Athens Stock Exchange announces that on Thursday, October 9th, 2025, trading will commence for the shares of "UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A.” (ISIN: GRS084003011) with final par value of €0.30 per share and for the ex-rights for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.025 per share, as part of the decrease and increase in the par value of the company’s shares. 

The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Friday 10th October 2025.
