Forthnet reports that the Ordinary General Assembly of the Shareholders, has decided, amongst others, to change the presentation of its corporate title into "Forthnet" or "Forthnet S.A.".
The Ministry of Development approved (decision No Κ2-10655/13/7/2007) the amendment of the relevant article of the company's Articles of Association. The Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange has been notified of the above-captioned decision on 26/7/2007.
As such, the company determines the 1st of August 2007 as the day of the change of the presentation of its corporate title into "Forthnet" or "Forthnet S.A." in relation to the Athens Exchange.
