26 November 2003 - The Company announces that Mr Christos Mayoglou assumes the duties of Financial Director, in the place of Mr Dimitrios Condoyannis, alongside with his position as Director of Finance and Administration in the Athens Derivatives Exchange Clearing House (A.D.E.C.H).
