Change in the compositions of the Board of Directors

27 August 2014 - The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting on 25.08.2014, elected Mrs Paula Hadjisotiriou, deputy Chief Executive Officer at the National Bank of Greece, as new non-executive member, in place of the non-executive member Mr. Petros Christodoulou who resigned, for the remainder of his term of office.

The abovementioned change will be announced at the next General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company, as required by the law.
