Change in the composition of the Board of Directors

17 February 2014 - The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting on 16.02.2015, elected Mr Konstantinos Vassiliou, General Manager of Group Corporate and Investment Banking and a Member of the Management Committee at Eurobank, as new non-executive member, in place and for the remainder of the term of office of the non-executive member Mr. Fokion Karavias who resigned.

The abovementioned change will be announced at the next General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company, as required by the law.
