Change in the composition of the Board of Directors
02 May 2014 - The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting on 30.04.2014, elected Mr. Dionysios Christopoulos, Deputy Director of the Supervision of Credit and Related Financial Institutions Department at the Bank of Greece, as new independent non-executive member, in place of the independent non-executive member Mr. Nikolaos Pimplis who resigned.
The abovementioned change will be announced at the next General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company, as required by the law.
