Change in the composition of the Board of Directors
29 January 2013 - The Board of Directors of Hellenic Exchanges, at its meeting yesterday, elected Mr. Yiannis Emiris, as new independent non-executive member, in place of Mr. Konstantinos Mitropoulos who resigned. Mr. Emiris is CEO of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund.The abovementioned change will be announced at the next General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company, as required by the law.
