Change in the HELEX BoD

13 October 2004 - According to the decision of 5/204/14-11-2000 of the Capital Market Committee, the following are announced:
The Board of Directors of the Company in replacement of its resigned member, Mr. Panayotis Voilis, elected  Mr. Alexandros Moraitakis, Chairman of the Association of Members of the Athens Exchange.
The election of the new member will be submitted to approval in the first General Assembly that will take place afterwards the above-mentioned election.
