Change in the HELEX BoD

20 May 2004 - According to the decision of 5/204/14-11-2000 of the Capital Market Committee, the following are announced:
The Board of Directors of the Company in replacement of its resigned member, Mr. Panayotis Vlassiadis, elected today Mr. Vassilios Drougas, Vice Governor of Agricultural Bank of Greece.
The election of the new member will be submitted to approval in the first General Assembly that will take place afterwards the above-mentioned election.
