Change in the HELEX BoD

5 May 2004 - According to the decision of 5/204/14-11-2000 of the Capital Market Committee, the following are announced:
The Board of Directors of the Company in replacement of its resigned members, Mr. Apostles Tamvakakis and Mr. Georgios Michelis, today elected Mr. Ioannis Pechlivanidis, Vice governor and Vice president of the National Bank of Greece and Mr. Nikolaos Mpeis, General Director and Member of Board of Directors of the Commercial Bank.
The election of the new members will be submitted to approval in the first General Assembly, that will take place afterwards the above-mentioned election.
