CHANGE OF THE COMPANY'S INVESTOR RELATIONS OFFICER

It is announced herewith that Mr. Gikas Manalis, General Manager of Hellenic Exchanges Holding S.A. (HELEX) is provisionally placed in charge of the Shareholders' Customer Service and Corporate Announcements Department, in the place of Mr. Dimitris Papageorgopoulos, who resigned from our company, until the said position is filled.
