Change in Key Management Positions

Pursuant to L.3340/2005 and article 2 of the decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, HALCOR S.A. announces:

  • The appointment of Mr. Kostopoulos Michail in the position of the Financial Controller in replacement of Mr. Panagopoulos Theodoros who left the company. Mr. Kostopoulos has been with the group since 1995.
  • Following Mr. Kostopoulos' reassignment, Mr. Athanasiou Dimitrios is assuming the duties of the Group Internal Auditor.
