We hereby communicate to you a notice we received concerning a change in the participating interest of a shareholder in the share capital of REDS S.A.:
Mr Christos PANAYIOTOPOULOS, son of Panayiotis, with his letter dated 02.05.2007, notified us that he purchased shares of REDS S.A., and as a result increased his participating interest in the company from 4.898% (namely 1,940,000 common registered shares with voting right) to 5.049% (namely 2,000,000 common registered shares with voting right). The following table shows the changes in voting right:
