In application of article 7, par. 3 of Law 3016/2002, of article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and of article 2 of Rule 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Mr. Athanasios I. Athanasopoulos, Head of the Internal Audit Unit of the Bank, is also appointed Group Internal Auditor in replacement of Mr. Athanasios I. Lioudis.
