Due to the free float reduction of the company «"ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A.» and according to the Ground Rules for the Management of the Athex Index Series (par. 4.2.6), the following changes will take place:

- Athex Composite Price Index
The shares of the company are removed from the index without replacement.
- Athex Total Return Index
The shares of the company are removed from the index without replacement.

All changes are effective from Thursday July 23, 2009.
