Due to the transfer of trading of the shares of the company "NEOCHIMIKI - L.V.LAVRENTIADIS S.A." to the Special Characteristics Category of the Athens Exchange and according to the Ground Rules for the Management of the Athex Indices the following changes will take place.

More specifically:

• Athex Composite Shares Price Index

The shares of the company are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «AXON HOLDING S.A.» with investability weighting 100%.

• Athex Composite Index Total Return Index

The shares of the company are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «AXON HOLDING S.A.» with investability weighting 100%.

All changes are effective from Friday, May 23 2008
