Following the Decision of the BoD of the Hellenic Market Capital Commission for the cease of trading of the shares of the company "GERMANOS S.A." and according to the Ground Rules for the Management & Calculation of the ATHEX Indices, the shares of the Company will be deleted, as of March 29, 2007, from the composition of the Indices:

• Athex Composite Share Price Index

• Athex Composite Total Return Index

and will be replaced by the shares of the company "PANTECHNIKI S.A." with investability weight 100% (both Indices).
