Due to the transfer of trading of the shares of the company "ILEKTRONIKI ATHINON S.A." to the Surveillance Category of the Athens Exchange the following changes will take place in the composition of the ATHEX Indices.

In detail:

• ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Category Price Index
  The shares of the company are removed from the index and replaced the shares of the company "CRETE PLASTICS S.A." with investability weighting 100%.

• FTSE/ATHEX SmallCap 80
  The shares of the company are removed from the index and replaced the shares of the company "MATHIOS REFRACTORY S.A." with investability weighting 30%.

• FTSE/ATHEX 140
  The shares of the company are removed from the index and replaced the shares of the company "MATHIOS REFRACTORY S.A." with investability weighting 30%.

• FTSE/ATHEX Retail
  The shares of the company are removed from the index without replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Construction & Materials
  The shares of the company "MATHIOS REFRACTORY S.A." are add to the index with investability weighting 30%.

All changes are effective from Friday, October 08, 2010.
