Changes in the Composition of the ATHEX Indices

Athens, 30 December 2010

Due to the merger through acquisition of the companies "FOLLI - FOLLIE S.A." and "ELMEC SPORT S.A." by the company "HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A." the following changes will take place in the composition of the ATHEX Indices:

  • ATHEX Composite Price Index

    • The shares of the company will be removed from the index without replacement.
  • ATHEX Composite Total Return Index

    • The shares of the company will be removed from the index without replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Liquid Mid

    • The shares of the company are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A.» with investability weight 20%.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap

    • The shares of the company will be removed from the index without replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX International

    • The shares of the company will be removed from the index without replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Market Index

    • The shares of the company will be removed from the index without replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Personal & Household Products

    • The shares of the company will be removed from the index without replacement.

All changes will be effective from Friday December 31, 2010.
