Changes in the Composition of the ATHEX Indices

Athens, 15 April 2010

Due to the transfer of trading of the shares of the company "C. CARDASSILARIS & SONS - CARDICO S.A." to the Low Dispersion & Special Features Category of the Athens Exchange the following changes will take place in the composition of the FTSE/ATHEX Index Series.

In detail:

  • FTSE/ATHEX SmallCap 80

    • The shares of the company are removed from the index and replaced the shares of the company «EKTER S.A.» with investability weighting 75%.
  • FTSE/ATHEX 140

    • The shares of the company are removed from the index and replaced the shares of the company «EKTER S.A.» with investability weighting 75%.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Food & Beverages

    • The shares of the company are removed from the index without replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Construction & Materials

    • The shares of the company «EKTER S.A.» are added to the index with investability weighting 75%.

All changes are effective from Friday, April 15, 2010.
