Due to the transfer of the shares of the Company ATTICA HOLDING S.A. (CB), as of January 14, 2008, to the Special Characteristics Category Trading, the following changes will be realized in the composition of the Athens Exchange Indices:

• ATHEX Composite Index & ATHEX Composite Index Total Return Index
  The shares of the company ATTICA HOLDING S.A. (CB) are deleted from the indices's composition and are replaced by the share SFAKIANAKIS (CR) with a 100% weighting.

• FTSE/ATHEX Mid 40
  The shares of the company ATTICA HOLDING S.A. (CB) are deleted from the index's composition and are replaced by the share DIAGNOSTIC & THERAPEUTIC CENTRE OF ATHENS HYGEIA (CR) with a 75% weighting.

• FTSE/ATHEX International
  The shares of the company ATTICA HOLDING S.A. (CB) are deleted from the index's composition without being replaced by the shares of another company.

• FTSE/ATHEX 140
  The shares of the company ATTICA HOLDING S.A. (CB) are deleted from the index's composition without being replaced by the shares of another company.

• FTSE/ATHEX Travel & Leisure
  The shares of the company ATTICA HOLDING S.A. (CB) are deleted from the index's composition without being replaced by the shares of another company.

The aforementioned changes will be put into effect prior to the start of the trading session of ATHEX on Monday, 14 January 2008.
