Further to the successful completion of the public offering of the share capital increase of the company «Eurobank Ergasias Bank S.A.» , the Advisory Committee of the FTSE/ATHEX Index Series decided - because of the size of the share capital increase and for the smooth operation of the indices - to replace the shares of the company from FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap Index in which it participates.

More specifically, after the close of business of the session of the 8th May, the shares of the company will be removed from the index and replaced by the shares of «Aegean Airlines SA» with a weighting of 41%. On the same date, the shares of the company "Aegean Airlines SA" will be added in the composition of FTSE/ATHEX Market Index and FTSE/ATHEX Travel and Leisure Index.

It is noted that from June 02, 2014 the shares of the company «Eurobank Ergasias Bank S.A.» will be added to the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap Index with a new investability weight that will be determined after the commencement of trading of the new shares.
