Changes in the composition of the ATHEX Indices

Following the suspension of trading of the shares of the company "PROTON BANK S.A." for 10^th consecutive trading day and according to the Index Series Ground Rules, the shares of the company will be removed from all the indices.

In detail:

• Τhe shares of the company are removed without replacement from the following indices:
  • FTSE/ATHEX Small Cap
  • FTSE/ATHEX Market Index
  • FTSE/ATHEX Banks

• Τhe shares of the company are removed from ATHEX Mid - SmallCap Price Index and will be replaced by the shares of the company LAVIPHARM S.A. with investability weight 100%

All changes will be effective from Monday October 24^th, 2011.
