The Board of Directors of Geniki Bank S.A., during its session on 28.12.2005 unanimously decided to appoint as member of the Board of Directors Mr. Patrick Debaene - Executive Director - replacing Mr. Pierre Bonzom who resigned. The new composition of its Board of Directors will be finally elected from the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders while its tenure is until the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders of 2007.

Consequently, the new Board of Directors of Geniki Bank is comprised of the following Members:
