Changes in the Composition of the FTSE/ATHEX INDEX SERIES

Athens, 29 April 2010

Due to the transfer of trading of the shares «DIONIC S.A. (CR)» and «KORDELLOS CH. BROS S.A.(CB)» to the Low Dispersion & Special Features Category of the Athens Exchange, the following changes will take place in the composition of the FTSE/ATHEX Index Series:

  • FTSE/ATHEX SmallCap 80

    • The shares of «DIONIC S.A. (CR)» and «KORDELLOS CH. BROS S.A.(CB)» are removed from the index and replaced accordingly by the shares «IDEAL GROUP S.A. (CR)» with investability weighting 40% and «KIRIACOULIS SHIPPING S.A. (CR)» with investability weighting 30%.
  • FTSE/ATHEX 140

    • The shares of «DIONIC S.A. (CR)» and «KORDELLOS CH. BROS S.A.(CB)» are removed from the index and replaced accordingly by the shares «IDEAL GROUP S.A. (CR)» with investability weighting 40% and «KIRIACOULIS SHIPPING S.A. (CR)» with investability weighting 30%.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Industrial Goods & Services

    • The shares of «DIONIC S.A. (CR)» are removed from the index without replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Basic Resources

    • The shares of «KORDELLOS CH. BROS S.A.(CB)» is removed from the index without replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Technology

    • The shares of «IDEAL GROUP S.A. (CR)» are added to the index with investability weighting 40%.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Travel & Leisure

    • The shares of «KIRIACOULIS SHIPPING S.A. (CR)» are added to the index with investability weighting 30%.

All changes are effective from Friday, April 30, 2010.
