Changes in the composition of the FTSE/ATHEX INDICES

Due to the transfer of the shares of the company "EVEREST S.A." to the Special Characteristics Category Trading, as of Friday, June 20, 2008, the shares of the aforementioned company are removed from the composition of the FTSE/ATHEX indices in which they participate.

More specifically:

  • FTSE/Athex SmallCap 80

    • The shares of the company "EVEREST S.A." are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company "MEVACO S.A." with investability weight 50%.
  • FTSE/Athex 140

    • The shares of the company "EVEREST S.A." are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company "MEVACO S.A." with investability weight 50%.
  • FTSE/Athex Travel & Leisure

    • The shares of the company "EVEREST S.A." are removed from the index without replacement by the shares of another company.
  • FTSE/Athex Industrial Goods & Services

    • The shares of the company "MEVACO S.A." are added into the index with investability weight 50% following the addition of the company's shares into FTSE/Athex 140 Index.

The aforementioned changes will be put into effect prior to the start of the trading session of ATHEX on Friday, June 20, 2008.
