Following the completion of the public offering of the company "ETAIRIA DHMHTRIAKON BOREIOY ELLADOS S.A." to the shareholders of the company "KATSELIS SONS S.A." that resulted into a 88.51% level in the total participation of the first company into the share capital of the second one - the shares of the company "KATSELIS SONS S.A." will be deleted from the FTSE/ATHEX Indices in which they participateυ.

It is mentioned that, following the paragraph 4.4 of the Ground Rules of the FTSE/ATHEX Indices, when the free float of the shares of a company is less than or equal to 15% then the shares of the company are not eligible for inclusion in the FTSE/ATHEX Indices.

In detail, the following changes will take place:

FTSE/ATHEX SmallCap 80
The shares of the company "KATSELIS SONS S.A." are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «REVOIL S.A.» with investability weight 30%.

FTSE/ATHEX 140
The shares of the company "KATSELIS SONS S.A." are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company "REVOIL S.A." with investability weight 30%.

FTSE/ATHEX FOOD & BEVERAGES
The shares of the company "KATSELIS SONS S.A." are removed from the index without been replaced by the shares of another company.

FTSE/ATHEX RETAIL
The shares of the company «REVOL S.A.» are added into the index with investability weight 30% following the addition of the company? shares into FTSE/ATHEX 140 Index.

All changes are effective from Monday May 07,2007
