Within the framework of Presidential Decree 350/1985, it is announced herewith that Mr.Evangelos-Apostolos Vakakis, Chairman of the BoD and C.E.O. of JUMBO S.A., on 16.08.2005 transferred to the market maker "EFG EUROBANK Securities-Investment Co. S.A." 100,000 registered shares of the company, i.e. 0.22%. Consequently, the holding of Mr.Vakakis in the share capital of JUMBO has been temporarily changed from 5.11% to 4.89%
