FORTHnet S.A. announces herewith according to P.D.51/1992, INTRACOM S.A., during the trading session of the ATHEX on August 3, 2005, purchased 3,379,663 common registered voting shares of the company FORTHnet S.A. at ?5.02. Thus, INTRACOM S.A. participates in the share capital of FORTHnet S.A. by 20.055% (3,379,663 common registered voting shares on the total of 16,851,695 shares).

In addition, INTRACOM informed FORTHnet S.A. that its subsidiary company DATABANK, holds 80,000 common registered voting shares of FORTHnet S.A., i.e. 0.475% of its share capital and voting rights.

Thus, the total participation of Intracom Group in FORTHnet S.A. is 20.530% (3,459,663 voting shares on the total of 16,851,695 shares).
