According to the provisions of article 4 par.1 of the decision 5/204/14.11.2000 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, we announce the nomination of Mr. Constantinos Doukas in the post of General Manager of the companies ELBISCO Commercial S.A., ELITE Bread Industry S.A., Ν. VOSSINAKIS S.A. and HELLENIC BISCUIT COMPANY S.A. Mr. Dimitris Roussos keeps the post Managing Director of the said companies.

At the same time, Mr. Constantinos Doukas is from now on participating in the Board of Directors of ELBISCO Commercial S.A. as a member, a post from which Mr. Constantinos Christidis resigned. Mr. Christidis also resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the companies ELBISCO Commercial S.A., ELITE Bread Industry S.A., N.VOSSINAKIS S.A. and HELLENIC BISCUIT COMPANY S.A. The post of Chief Financial Officer of all the companies of the ELBISCO Group is taken up by Mr. Antonis Gourountis, who was up to date Chief Financial Officer of ELBISCO Holding S.A.
