Hellenic Exchanges announces that the functionality, supporting the settlement and registry of OTC trades will be activated on the 18th of February.

Clearing & Settlement of OTC Trades
8 February 2008 ? Following today's publication to the Government Gazette (Gazette Β' 195/8.2.2008) of the respective decisions of the local Regulator, Hellenic Capital Markets Commission (1/461/24.1.2008, 2/461/24.1.2008 and 3/461/24.1.2008), Hellenic Exchanges announces that the functionality, supporting the settlement and registry of OTC trades as described in the HELEX Clearing and Settlement Rulebook (articles 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d) will be activated on the 18th of February, date from which settlement instructions are accepted.
