Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca-Cola HBC, CCHBC), announced today the completion of its joint acquisition with the Coca-Cola Company of the Serbian fruit juices company Fresh & Co. The acquisition includes a production facility located at Subotica and the juice and nectar brands "Next" and "Su-Voce". The net consideration for the acquisition was Euro 18.5 million (excluding acquisition costs), with the assumption of debt of an additional Euro 23.6 million. CCHBC's share of the purchase price and debt was Euro 21 million. Coca-Cola HBC is one of the world's largest bottlers of products of The Coca-Cola Company and has operations in 26 countries serving a population of approximately 540 million people. CCHBC shares are listed on the Athens Exchange (ATHEX: EEEK), with secondary listings on the London (LSE: CCB) and Australian (ASX: CHB) Stock Exchanges. CCHBC's American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: CCH).
