Hellenic Exchanges Holding S.A. (HELEX) announces that on Tuesday, March 19 2002, the 18,588,173 new common registered shares, that resulted from the share capital increase by contribution in kind which was decided at the 1st reiterative EGM on 28/12/2002, will begin being traded on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange.

The shares will be handed over to the beneficiaries - shareholders who took part in the increase in the morning of the same day, through the accounts that they indicated in the Dematerialised Securities System, which is managed by the Central Securities Depository S.A.
