 In light of an online article which was published on euro2day under title ‘ELLAKTOR offices acquired by Grupo Dolphin', the Management of the Group would like to clarify that the complex of offices mentioned in the article above, which was sold to the Fund Grupo Dolphin, used to host the head offices of the company PANTECHNIΚΙ SA and there is no association with or connection whatsoever to the Management Building of the Group ELLAKTOR, which is located in Kifissia, Greece at 25 Ermou Str.

The sale was effected within the framework of asset liquidation which assets do not contribute to the core strategic planning and do not meet the needs of ELLAKTOR Group.
