Concerning articles in electronic media regarding the possible buyout of Intarget, a Company of the Fourlis Group of Companies, HELEX would like to deny that it is discussing the buyout of that company.
Intarget is a data feed vendor of Athens Exchange. As part of our business relationship, discussions have recently taken place concerning a particular product of Intarget which is of interest to the Hellenic Exchanges Group. The Company, given its sensitivity to matters concerning the provision of information to investors, will make an announcement as soon as there are any relevant developments.
The management of HELEX would like to comment that there is no interest on the part of the Group of expanding into the provision of data feed services to final investors.
