Regarding the report in the daily press which are referred in a proposal of the company EUROMEDICA SA for the acquisition of rate of attendance at LITO, the company informs the investment public that it has addressed a proposal that refers in the acquisition of the total number of the stocks of the inactive doctors along with a small percentage of the stocks of the active doctors of LITO, with direct payment of meters, in a price proportional with the one that was addressed by MITERA for the acquisition of its percentage.
The proposal also includes:
a) the enlargement of participial base, via increase of participial capital, so that are rendered shareholders of LITO doctors that even if they have essential contribution in the activity of LITO do not possess proportional percentages in the participial capital.
b) The joint administration of LITO, with accent of doctors in the scientific - medical subjects and the EUROMEDICA SA in the enterprising - economically subjects.
