With regards to the publication of July 10th 2007 in the electronic press and in particular in Capital.gr in relation to an imminent Capital Stock Increase by EYATH S.A and its stock Split, the company announces that, according to the existing legislation, the decision for a CSI falls under the jurisdiction of the General Stockholders Meeting. During the Regular General Meeting of the 29th of June 2007, no such decision was taken. Moreover, there is no decision by the BoD of EYATH S.A to hold a Special General Meeting on this particular issue.
In any case, the company, within the framework of its obligations deriving from the stock market legislation, informs investors in the form of announcements. Consequently, should such an issue come about EYATH S.A will officially inform investors.
