Iaso S.A. regarding the publication of Ch. Kitsios in Euro2day, informs the investors on the following:
1) The Company Iaso S.A. is in advanced negotiations with the company NBGI, so that the latter provides financial services and services of investment banking. Right after the relevant agreement is completed, Iaso S.A. will inform the investors.
2) The Company researches, examines and adjusts its investing program constantly, always with the intention to achieve the best return for its shareholders. The investing program, which we have announced, includes the operation of the Pediatric Department, the completion of the construction of Iaso Thessalias and the construction of Iaso of South suburbs. The Company investigates, analyzes and evaluates further opportunities for development and expansion of its activities, either inside or outside Greece,
it announces however to the investors only the plans or the agreements that have been finalized. The financing structure of each investment is important and is formed after an extensive study for the security and performance of each investment.
3) As we have several times stated, the Company does not comment any acts of its shareholders, no matter to which direction they lead.
