Regarding the article published in the newspaper "Isotimia" with date 11/3/2006 and title "Goody's also in professional catering", our Company has the following comments to make:

1. According to research done by the end of year 2005, a pilot project is under progress in Athens and Thessaloniki, which aims at providing reliable and controlled service (placement and execution of orders) through a unified call center in professional areas (e.g. offices, factories etc). Up until now, no communication has been made for the utilization of professional areas or the exclusive offering of products through long-term contracts.
2. There is no plan for the creation of brands in the field of casual dining in any way.
3. For the new brand in the field of snack, the Company has designed a year ago a business and operational model, whose implementation has been suspended, for the moment, due to the unfavorable existing financial conditions of the market. On this matter, the opinions of Goody?s and Brandco are completely in line.
4. The presence of the Company's brands abroad is a matter that is being looked after on a constant basis by the Company, so that the appropriate initiatives will be taken in the future, wherever it is judged that there is a business opportunity. For the time being, there is no specific plan to be implemented, except for the continuous development of the activities in Cyprus, where we operate with 9 stores (6 Goody's and 3 Flocafe). Moreover, the company's international growth is not necessarily associated with the consolidation of Delta-? Chipita.
5. Since March 1st, a partial reorganisation has been made at Goody's S.A. (not the Group), which basically included the conjunction of the two Brands General Managers in one unified General Management, under Mr. Nikolaos Markopoulos, and was accompanied by the departure of K. Kofina ang F. Makri
6. The financial data of the Company and the Group will be released tomorrow, March 14th in the newspapers KATHIMERINI, EXPRESS and MAKEDONIA.
