By referring to recent repot in the press, EUROMEDICA S.A. would like to inform all interested parties of the following:
A former administrative executive of EUROMEDICA S.A., according to his statement, received, from an anonymous source, documents prejudicial to the company''s operations that he felt obligated to submit to the competent Authorities, which he indeed did.
Subsequently, following an in depth investigation that the aforementioned former administrative executive carried out and after ascertaining that the information that he had submitted was inaccurate, the aforementioned former administrative executive submitted to the same Authorities an explanatory report, according to which he withdrew the inaccurate information that he had submitted and fully restored the company''s prestige and reputation.
Although EUROMEDICA S.A. has been audited and has closed all previous fiscal years up to, and including, financial year 2006 (fiscal year 2005), it requested from the competent Authorities to audit its books and operations and it is certain that the Authorities'' findings will attest to the lawfulness of its operations.
