According to the results of the tender organized by Custom & Turkish Corporation for the operation of six border crossings in Turkey, the project was awarded to the company SETUR (member of the Turkish KOC group of companies) which was, with HDFS bid, among the two best bids.
The participation of HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS in the tender was among the most competitive bids and was the second best.
The Company is currently in talks with SETUR for cooperation in operating the duty free stores and the food and beverage business at the six border crossings in Turkey.
The Management of the Company will inform the investment community and the regulatory authorities regarding any further developments.
