MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A announces that, following the decision of the Annual Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of June 1st, 2004 regarding the Buy Back of its own shares, during the period September 1st, 2004-November 30th, 2004 which was defined by the BoD in its meeting of August 20th, 2004, the Company did not acquire any shares.

The total number of own shares in possession of the Company equals 15,180 (average purchase price Euro 7.48 per share) representing a percentage of 0.01370 % of its share capital.
