AS Company S.A. announces its 2012 Financial Calendar in accordance with article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Charter:

Financial Statements for fiscal year 2011 will be sent to the Athens Exchange on Thursday March 29^th 2012 (after the market closing).

Financial Statements for fiscal year 2011 will be published in the press on Friday March 30^th 2012.

The Annual General Assembly of the shareholders will take place on Thursday April 26^th 2012.

The Board of Directors will propose during the Annual General Assembly for the non-distribution of a dividend to its shareholders.

AS Company S.A. holds the right to change the above dates of course in a timely fashion towards the investing public.
