On October 7-8, 2003, 'Alfa-Beta' organized a company visit for Greek and Belgian journalists.

Mr. Kostas Macheras, Company's General Manager, presented the strategy and the operations of AB Vassilopoulos, and guided the guests to several 'ALFA-BETA' stores.

In an additional presentation, Renaud Cogels, Executive Vice President Delhaize Group (the major shareholder of 'Alfa-Beta' Vassilopoulos) and CEO DelhaizeEurope, put 'Alfa-Beta' in the context of the European strategy of Delhaize Group.
