Company's Board of Directors resolution to revoke the duties of

the Vice Chairman of BoD and Managing Director.

Athens, Greece. ALAPIS SA (hereinafter "ALAPIS" or the "Company") announces that the Board of Directors (the "BoD") on its session dated October 4, 2011, decided to revoke all duties appointed by previous decisions of the BoD to the Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director, Mr. Nikos Mourkogiannis.

The Executive Member of the BoD Mr. Konstantinos Alatzas, represents and binds the Company and exercises all the duties that have been appointed to him, according to the decision of the BoD on its session dated 03.10.2011.
