On 03.02.2006, the company SELONDA AQUACULTURES S.A. completed the transaction concerning the acquisition of the majority stake of 4,732,980 shares of the company INTERFISH S.A. (44.14% of the share capital of the company), at EUR 0.30 per share, in accordance with the terms of the preliminary agreement that had been signed between the principal shareholders of the two companies.
