In implementation to the provision of Article 16, L.2190/20, as currently in force and following the relevant EGM resolution of 18 August 2004, BALKAN EXPORT S.A. announced today that its own shares buy back program was completed on 18 August 2005, according to the relevant decision of its BoD.

More specifically, during the period from 30 August 2004 until 18 August 2005, the company purchased totally 630,340 of its shares, i.e. 3.13% of its total 20,121,710 shares, at an average acquisition price of EUR 0.57 per share.

Thus, following the above purchases, on 18 August 2005 the total number of shares the company held amounts to 933,352 shares, i.e. 4.64% of the total number of shares.
